I've just had a very pleasant trip driving my new car home from Mastercars. All in all a really positive experience with some good old fashioned service. Kevin and Simon were great. Helpful, up front and straight without being pushy in any way. They clearly spend time sourcing good cars and it shows. Don't expect main dealer frills and flashy showrooms, but do expect a friendly, helpful and excellent service.

Kevin was the salesman that l dealt with from start to finish and must he he was 100% in the way he dealt the transaction, never being pushy, but gave you confidence in his action. The car was ready when agreed and all aspects we disgusted before purchased completed. Brilliant service brought car from here a little over a week ago Kevin was fantastic helped us strike a deal that was best for us. Car was lovely and clean when we got it. Took our car part ex when I arrived to collect the new one Kevin sat me down and cancelled tax on old car and set up tax on new one. Fantastic service start to finish. Really helpful from start to finish. From contacting the garage to see if we could take a look at the car to the telephone contact had with our sales advisor at the garage. Biggleswade master cars was so helpful and accommodating to my request to talk via text due to have kids around my feet in the day. Once confirming we were to purchase the car we came to some agreements on what the car would have done before we received it and everything I asked or everything I needed to know was explained in detail for me to understand. He helped set up the car tax, explained to me what I needed to do prior to collection interns of insurances etc. Part exchanging my car in all this was a breeze. Buying cars isn't something I do so I appreciated all his support!! Couldn't recommend them enough. Love my car!! Thank you

brought a car from here a couple of weeks ago after a drive by eye catch popped in later in the day to have a test drive the salesman Kevin was very helpful & friendly had the test drive used my car in part ex as a deposit which they gave me a price i was very happy with sorted the finance out Kevin said they'd give the car a full valet 12 months mot & a service arranged a day to collect the car & had time to inspect the car again to make sure i was happy with the valet etc kevin said the mot had flagged an advisory for rear pads so they'd changed them the exchange of vehicles was hassle free & they even sorted the road tax out & cancelled the road tax on my old car while i was there drove my new car away & pleasantly surprised to see they'd put half a tank of petrol in the car overall a very pleasing experience from start to finish & one i'd happily recommend & repeat myself

Kevin finally did the job in just one day, he get my finance with very good conditions and he was waiting for me until late to get my car the same day!
Their stock is massive and every model is a top one, full of extras, low mileage and excellent condition in and outside.

Definitely recommended!
